Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed with care and attention. Please note that processing times vary depending on whether an item is personalized or custom.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

  • Most orders ship via UPS Ground.

  • Estimated shipping time once an order has shipped is 2–5 business days.

  • Personalized and custom items require additional processing time prior to shipment.

  • Orders will ship once production is complete.

 

Items may ship separately due to different production timelines. Ready-to-ship items are sent immediately from Fête Papier HQ while personalized items ship once completed by our printer. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
