Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and personalized nature of many Fête Papier products, all sales are final and returns or refunds are not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your item, please reach out and it will be corrected.

  • Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Please include your order number and photos, if applicable
