No! The Christmas in July collection (here) includes all the items that are included within the month long promotion 

Cards will not - Cups, Napkins, and Ornaments may - but restocks will come in time for the full holiday launch in September! 

If you are ordering cards and submit your photo upon ordering, you can expect to receive your order within our usual production time of 7-10 business days 

If you purchase the bulk of your card order within the Christmas in July sale - then yes, we will honor the promotion on the order of additional cards within the month of October. Please email hello@fetepapier.com before ordering for instruction 

Yes! Please feel free to include the change you would like made in the Notes section upon ordering! You can expect your alternate text to be written in the same style/format as the card is previewed 

Yes! Up to four photos may be added to the back of your card (at no additional costs!) we recommend adding a proof to your order if you have a specific formatting desire - otherwise, the placement will be at our designers discretion 

No, unfortunately the Christmas in July discount is only valid on pre-designed card thus excludes custom work

All website stationery products with personalization typically ship within 7–12 business days.

If your order includes multiple personalized items, you can expect everything to ship together once all items are complete.

Shipping takes place after production is completed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Most orders ship via UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days once shipped.

Some items in your order may ship separately due to different production timelines & product locations. Ready-to-ship items are sent right away, while personalized items are made to order and ship once complete.

Shipping is not being charged twice — it is simply divided between shipments based on how items are fulfilled.

Please note: delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect shipping time after dispatch, not production time. For the most accurate lead times, refer to each product page and the messaging in your cart prior to checkout.

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if something arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please reach out and I’ll happily make it right.

Yes! Custom cups, napkins, matchboxes, and similar items are available. Please submit a custom inquiry form to get started.

Project timelines can really vary depending on the complexity of the project and the various elements involved. However, on average most custom projects take 2-4 weeks including design, printing, and shipping.

Often full payment is received upfront as the design process will begin for all the elements at that time. Knowing the various elements, you are looking for from the start helps to frame design and ensures the various elements coordinate well together. A 50% deposit / remaining balance schedule can typically be accommodated upon request!

Yes! Please include your requested wording changes by clicking personalize and filling out the information.

Many products offer a waitlist option, which is the best way to be notified when an item is restocked. Availability can vary by product, but joining the waitlist ensures you’ll be the first to know.
